<a href="http://www.consolidatecreditdebtnow.com">Credit Card Debt</a>

Its very rare to find a genius lenders they says in the internet i am Christine Chalie a widower who is seeking for help in the streets of America because i have no money and i have three kids to look after, There was a day i was walking along the street where i live, I saw an old friend of my and we both exchange greetings in the process we started contemplating about the issue of life in that process i explain all my problems to her and she told me that she can not help me with any thing now that she can only introduce me to a loan firm called OCEANIC WAVE LENDERS LTD.
And when she told me about them i first doubt if this would work because i have been scammed before by so many false loan firm who claim to be what they are not, Because to my own observation they do this by requesting for cost of delivery or cost of transfer in other to get what they wanted from you, So when my friend first told me about it, The first question i ask her was that am i going to take responsibility of any fees like the cost of transfer or cost of delivery before i get my loan? and she said no that the firm will take charge of all that but i have to insured my self and loan with an insurance company and after which i receive my loan i will refund back all the money they spent to transferred or delivered my loan to me, and i ask her again if they can give me a loan with out collateral and she said they will but i have to send them Feasibility report on what i wanted to use the money for and they will send me an application form to fill all my information.
And my friend gave me their Email address and i contacted them, they now requested for all my information, feasibility report on what i want to use the fund for and i presented every thing to them along with my attach copies of driving license and national identification cards and to my own surprise with the period of one week my loan request of $250,000(two hundred and fifty thousand dollars )was approved and i started my business with in the short period of 5 years i paid back all the money i borrowed from them and today i am one of their reliable customer the most beautiful thing about them was that if you can referred up to 20 customer to them with in two years you are entitle to win a any car that cost the sum of $20,000 or if you needed the money they can also give you and if you can also referred up to 10 person's before the end of the year you are entitle to win $6,000 or you are entitled to visit any of the best resort center of your choice at any country out side your country during the celebrity period of XMAS.
Today i can boast of my self that my kids are attending one of the best school in Europe and thanks to my friend Sandy White who introduce me to the firm at the first place and thanks for to the Almighty who gave me the heart to take the risk that make's my dream come to realization so if you wishes to contact them and get vital information about them you can reach them via this Email Address:oceanic_wave@w.cn Please i do hope to hear from you if you are interested because it will be really great to have more customers been referred by me and you know what that means thanks i will be waiting for you.

I am a liberal and I agree with you that college degree is overrated. When it comes to money making, vocational training can be more valuable than some college degrees.

However, education itself is priceless. In many cases it also has nothing in common with money making abilities. Better educated nations are more successful and happier in general, have lower crime rate and less welfare recipients.

College degrees should be free or almost free for those who are capable of learning. Don’t be jealous that somebody got more benefits than you did.

Life events can unexpectedly happen to any one. The question is how you can get control of your life.

Declaring Bankrutpcy should be your last option as it would hurt your credit score and will be on your file for 7 years. No one will lend to you in this time period and if they do, you'll pay exorbitant rates. At some point, you will be planning to buy a car or a house and it'll hurt you tremendously then.

You should call one of the non profit credit counseling agencies who will help you work with your creditors on a payment plan at reduced rates. Look up nfcc.org or

<a href="http://www.creditcarddebtistheenemy.com">Credit Card Debt Free</a>

You did ask this question already but did add some Additional important details in your income and debts. You may already know this but Student loans are not dischargable in Bankruptcy so it would only be for your Credit Card debts.

In order to declare a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy you first have to pass two means tests. The first is if you earn more than the average for your state. The second is if it is determined if you have at least $100 a month disposable income for the next 3-5 years. If you do you may be forced into a Chapter 13 which is known as a Wage Earners plan.

While you do need to talk to a lawyer about the specifics of your case it sounds like you may be moved into a Chapter 13 if you are approved for one at all. If you are put into a Chapter 13 they will require you to make monthly payments toward your debt, then after 3-5 years any remaining debt would be discharged and you would no longer owe.

You may be better off trying to get onto a Debt Management Program. These are companies that work with your credit cards to lower the interest rate and get the debt paid off without going into bankruptcy. There are several out there and you need to be sure that you do not get involved with a Debt Settlement Company, these are very different and will cause more harm to your credit than help. For a DMP you can look at the National Foundation for Credit Counselors site for information

For teachers, yes. For other people, no. Some people are just plain dumb to think it's ok to go in huge debt to go to a name brand school. I have no sympathy for those people. Those people who go to cheap colleges already and do their best to pay for college, then I might grant them a little room.

I think it's a great idea. College debt is usually the highest for young adults. It makes me think there should be a government inquiry as to why college tuition is out of so many people's grasps.

When I went to college, tuition was about $500 a semester and living in a dorm was about $300 a semester.

I guess you can say that University Administrators are nothing more than another BIG BUSINESS, looking to make as much profit as possible. The America of the 21st century is ruining its chances of being here for the 22nd. century.

College is too expensive, but honestly, students borrow way more than they have to, in order to support a lifestyle which is not exactly that of a "starving student."

If you want to buy a home or car anytime within the next 7-10 years, bankrupcy is going to cost you big time.

Someone with a bankrupt FICO score (which would be you) is going to get stuck with a higher interest rate.

The extra costs you face after bankrupcy will exceed the amount of the money you owe today!

I recommend you try and pay off the $25,000 unsecured debt. Work with legit debt councelors that are recommended by the National Foundation for Credit Counceling (www.ngcc.org or 1-800-388-2227)

with them, you will lay out your financial situation and if they think that you can dig out your debt within five years, they will sign you up for a repayment plan (which I think will suit you). All your debts will be gathered together and you will make one single payment to the couceling agency who will then work with the creditor(s) to get your debt repaid. these credit couselors will negotiate deals on your behalf where either part of your debt is forgiven or your interest rate is reduced! you might have to pay a monthly fee but it won't be more than $25 a month. Good Luck!
