i am putting myself through college at indiana university. i have estimated myself to be in 80 to 100,000 dollars debt by the time i graduate. is it normal and is it worth it?
i have applied for financial and i get subsidized loans and then i have to take out more in order to pay other odds and ends like room and board and books. i have no financial support from parents. any recommendations

My parents say that it will stay on my credit repoert regradless for seven years. The reason i’m wondering is that I need to take out a student loan to pay off my tution debt. Will they look at my actual credit report when they make their descision to give me it or not or, will they just look at the credit score?
The first year I did take out a loan. I just want to know if I will get approve again or, should I not even bother. Denial is stressful.

I live in Australia and Since I did my course over there I didnt ever recieve any statements for the loan account after I recieved the intial one. It was my parents address which hasnt changed. I was under the understanding that I didnt have to pay it back until I was working in New Zealand. Now I think this may be wrong, I dont know. I am too scared to make inquiries as it has been such a long time (9 years) and the debt could be enormous. I want to visit New Zealand for my Honeymoon and am scared they might not let me in or out. The weird thing is I have never recieved anything asking me to repay or any statements ect.
Do you know anything about this ? are you able to give me any info ?
